The times listed on the day trip’s web page are from when the coach will leave the meeting point in the morning, until an approximate arrival back to the departure city. Arrival times back are subject to traffic, weather and road conditions, which are beyond our control, so we cannot guarantee exact time of arrival.
We reserve the right to cancel any trips due to lack of demand and also to use vehicles as dictated by demand. We also reserve the right to alter at any time any price, place visited, itinerary owing to unforeseen circumstances. Every endeavour will be made to advise passengers in advance of any alterations that are deemed necessary.
If you can no longer attend, you may be able to get your money back (£5 admin fee will be deducted from the refund) if you can find a replacement. If this case, you must inform us by email info@unidaytrips.co.uk no later than 72 hours before the trip starts.
Please be on time for the coach. If you are late and the coach leaves without you, we are not responsible for your transportation and you will not receive a refund.
